  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast powder1 tablespoon
  1. Peel and chop the carrots
  2. Add the egg, oil, carrot, salt and sugar to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer everything to another container and add the flour (preferably sieved) little by little while stirring.
  4. As soon as you finish adding and mixing all the flour put the yeast and stir well
  5. Put the dough in a greased shape and take it to the medium oven for 40 minutes (preheat the oven first)
  6. After you see that the cake has a good consistency, take it out of the oven and unmold it if you prefer.
  7. If you prefer Cover with a syrup of your choice or eat the cake without icing. HUMMM DELICIOUS 👩‍🍳
