Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour | 3 cup
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Medium carrots | 2 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Water | 1 cup
  • Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Prepare the dough:
  2. In a vase, put the egg and sugar and beat until you form a cute cream.
  3. Add the oil and mix well.
  4. Add the flour and set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, beat the carrots with the water in a blender and add this mixture to the reserved dough. Mix well.
  6. Lastly, put the yeast in the dough and mix gently.
  7. Place this dough in a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  8. Prepare the coverage:
  9. In a pan, place all the ingredients and cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
