- Sugar2 cup
- Medium carrots2 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Prepare the dough:
- In a vase, put the egg and sugar and beat until you form a cute cream.
- Add the oil and mix well.
- Add the flour and set aside.
- Meanwhile, beat the carrots with the water in a blender and add this mixture to the reserved dough. Mix well.
- Lastly, put the yeast in the dough and mix gently.
- Place this dough in a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Prepare the coverage:
- In a pan, place all the ingredients and cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
