In a vase, put the egg and sugar and beat until you form a cute cream.
Add the oil and mix well.
Add the flour and set aside.
Meanwhile, beat the carrots with the water in a blender and add this mixture to the reserved dough. Mix well.
Lastly, put the yeast in the dough and mix gently.
Place this dough in a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
In a pan, place all the ingredients and cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
