- Royal Powder1 tablespoon

- Chocolate syrup (sugar)1 cup
- Chocolate powder2 cup
- Butter, or margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Add the eggs, sugar, oil and carrots and hit the blender. After add the wheat flour, and the royal powder and beat some more. Place in a greased shape and bake. Oven preheated to 180°C for 60 minutes.
- Chocolate syrup: In a pan, add the sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk. Place in a medium oven and stir non-stop until it starts to boil. Once it boils, keep stirring until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Then turn off the heat and spread the pants over the carrot cake. Do not let the syrup cool in the pan as it may harden. Wait for it to cool and cut the cake.
