- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Place the peeled and chopped carrots, the whole eggs and the olive oil in a blender, blend until creamy.
- In a separate bowl (can be the mixer bowl) place the wheat and sugar.
- Add the cream from the blender and beat for a few minutes.
- Place in a preheated oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
