Carrot Cake 🥕🍰

Em um liquidificador, adicione a cenoura, os ovos e o óleo, depois misture.

Acrescente o açúcar e bata novamente por 5 minutos.

Em uma tigela ou na batedeira, adicione a farinha de trigo e depois misture.

Acrescente o fermento e misture lentamente com uma colher.

Asse em um forno preaquecido a 180° C por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then blend.

In a bowl or mixer, add the wheat flour and then mix.

Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.

Para a cobertura: 
1 lata de leite condensado 
2 colheres de manteiga 
4 colheres cheias de cacau em pó 

Misture tudo e leve ao fogo,vai mexendo até engrossar. O ponto é quando estiver desgrudando da panela.
