- Yeast1 tablespoon

- In a bowl, sift the flour and set aside.
- In the blender, add the carrots cut into slices, the eggs, sugar and the oil and beat well.
- Add the mixture to the container with the sifted flour, mix well with the help of a whisk and add the yeast.
- Grease a roasting pan with a hole in the middle and throw the mixture, place it in the oven and let it bake until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, let it cool, unmold and serve.
