- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender add the cubed carrots, eggs, sugar, oil, salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the blender mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour, mix well, add the baking powder. Place in a greased roast with butter and wheat flour, take it to the preheated oven until golden. Tip: If you wish, make a chocolate syrup and put it on top of the already baked cake.
