- Chopped carrots | 3 unit(s)
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 cup
- Sugar | 2 cup
- Wheat Flour | 2 cup
- Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, gradually adding the flour.
- Grease and flour a mold with a hole in the middle.
- Pour the dough into it. Bake in preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, wait to cool down and unmold.
- If you prefer, serve with melted chocolate syrup or brigadeiro.
