Chopped carrots

Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes, acrescentando a farinha aos poucos.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, gradually adding the flour.

Unte e enfarinhe uma forma de furo no meio.

Grease and flour a mold with a hole in the middle.

Despeje a massa nela. Asse em forno médio preaquecido por 40 minutos. 

Pour the dough into it. Bake in preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.

Tire do forno, espere esfriar e desenforme.

Take it out of the oven, wait to cool down and unmold.

Se preferir, sirva com calda de chocolate derretido ou brigadeiro.

If you prefer, serve with melted chocolate syrup or brigadeiro.
