  • Condensed milk01 unit(s)
  • Corn starch04 tablespoon
  • Canned milk04 cup
  • Frozen sour cream01 unit(s)
  • Chocolate04 tablespoon
  • Carolinas to decorate to taste
  • Egg whites03 unit(s)
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  1. In a pan pour the condensed milk, 02 cups of milk and 02 spoons of corn starch.
  2. Over medium heat, stir until it starts to thicken. Turn off the heat and keep stirring until it gets a firmer consistency. pour into a refractory and set aside.
  3. In a pan add 02 cups of milk, 02 spoons of corn starch and 04 spoons of chocolate.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency is not too hard. Turn off the fire
  5. Dip the champagne biscuit in the chocolate cream and place it in the refractory on top of the white cream.
  6. Pour the rest of the chocolate cream in the refractory over the Cookies.
  7. In the mixer, beat the egg whites, mix the sugar and the ice cream and place it on top of the chocolate cream.
  8. Sprinkle a little chocolate and decorate with carolinas. * if you prefer you can put strawberries it looks beautiful and very tasty too.
  9. Place in the fridge for a few hours. Serve cold.
