  • Raw white rice1 cup
  • Water500 ml
  • Whole milk600 ml
  • Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Cook the rice until soft. As soon as the water dries up, add the milk and condensed milk and mix well over low heat. You can add cinnamon stick if you like.
  2. Melt the sugar until caramelized over low heat, stir occasionally. Be careful not to burn it, otherwise it can make the candy bitter.
  3. As soon as the sugar has melted, add it to the jam being careful not to burn it and mix well.
  4. Finally, add the cream and mix. Add cinnamon powder to taste.
