- Popcorn Corn2 cup
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Place the ingredients in the pan and cover and leave on medium heat (oil and corn). Shake the pan to pop all the corns.
- As soon as it stops popping, turn off the heat and place the popcorn in a container. In the same pan, add the sugar and stir over low heat until a caramel forms.
- Lower the heat and throw the popcorn already ready and mix well. Place in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
- Note: Second option would be to add all the ingredients in the pan (sugar, oil, corn and 4 tablespoons of water), and let it burst over medium heat and it's ready to serve. However, I prefer to do it separately and without the use of water.
