CARAMELO

Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e mexa com uma colher de pau até derreter e se formar um caramelo
Depois disso coloque o copo de água e deixe ferver até se formar um caramelo consistente!!


CARAMEL

MASSA BOLO

Na batedeira bata as claras em neve e reserve!

CAKE DOUGH

In the mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside!

Misture as gemas, a margarina  e o açúcar até obter uma massa homogênea!

Mix the yolks, margarine and sugar until you get a homogeneous mass!

Acrescente o leite e a farinha de trigo aos poucos, sem parar de bater!

Add the milk and wheat flour gradually, beating constantly!

Por último, adicione as claras em neve e o fermento e mexa delicadamente!!

Finally, add the snow whites and the yeast and stir gently!!

Na forma faça o caramelo em seguida acrescente rodelas de laranja (sem casca) no caramelo!!

 Em seguida coloque essa mistura do bolo na forma aonde foi feito caramelo e as rodelas de laranjas, leve ao forno pré aquecido 180° graus por aproximadamente 40 minutos, desenformar ainda quente ou morno!!
