- Wheat flour3 cup
- Margarine1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk1/1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- CARAMEL Put the sugar in a pan and stir with a wooden spoon until it melts and forms a caramel. After that put the glass of water and let it boil until a consistent caramel is formed!!
- CAKE DOUGH In the mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside!
- Mix the yolks, margarine and sugar until you get a homogeneous mass!
- Add the milk and wheat flour gradually, beating constantly!
- Finally, add the snow whites and the yeast and stir gently!!
- In the form make the caramel then add orange slices (without the peel) in the caramel!!
- Then put this cake mix in the shape where the caramel was made and the orange slices, take it to the preheated oven 180° degrees for approximately 40 minutes, unmold while still hot or warm!!
