- Ice cream of your choice1 l
- Medium bananas3 unit(s)
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Cinnamon Powder1 to taste
- Chop the bananas and set aside a little
- Take the sugar to caramelize and drip water little by little so it doesn't burn
- As soon as there are no lumps or small pieces of sugar, add the chopped bananas and stir for about 10/20 minutes until the bananas soften and the caramel is not too liquid
- Turn off the heat and wait to cool down a bit, and finally, just serve with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top (optional) and with your favorite ice cream
