Caramelized banana with ice cream

Corte as bananas ao meio do sentindo ao comprimento.

Cut the bananas in half from the felt to the length.

Na frigideira, coloque a manteiga, deixe derreter e adicione o açúcar. Quando o açúcar estiver caramelizado, adicione a banana e deixe por 1 minuto, não deixe muito para não derreter a banana.

In the skillet, put the butter, let it melt and add the sugar. When the sugar is caramelized, add the banana and leave for 1 minute, don't leave it too long so the banana doesn't melt.

Transfira para um prato e salpica canela por cima. Sirva imediatamente com sorvete a gosto.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve immediately with ice cream to taste.
