  • FOR THE SYRUP ⤵️Take 1 cup of sugar and melt over low heat. Then add 1 finger of water little by little and stir until it forms a caramel  (like pudding syrup) 🍌.Add 6 very ripe bananas cut in half to line the bottom of the pan. (let it cool and make the dough) 🍌10 unit(s)
  1. FOR THE MASS ⤵️ Beat 2 eggs, and spoons full of butter and 1 cup of sugar. 🍌 . When you form a homogeneous mass, add  2 cups of wheat flour and 1 cup of milk .🍌 . Beat everything. Add  1 tablespoon of yeast and pour it into the mold, on top of the syrup  🍌 . Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the dough is completely baked. .
