  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk11/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Banana4 unit(s)
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender in the order of the recipe.
  2. In a baking dish make a caramel syrup with + 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water (reserve)
  3. Cut the bananas into slices and place in the shape with the caramel formed all over the bottom of the roast
  4. Add the dough already beaten in the blender on top of the bananas with the caramel
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. unmold looks beautiful and delicious
