- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Banana4 unit(s)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender in the order of the recipe.
- In a baking dish make a caramel syrup with + 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water (reserve)
- Cut the bananas into slices and place in the shape with the caramel formed all over the bottom of the roast
- Add the dough already beaten in the blender on top of the bananas with the caramel
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
