  • Sugar2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Bananas7 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup3/4 cup
  • Hot water1/2 cup
  1. In a pan, add the sugar and mix until it melts.
  2. Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and reserve.
  4. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender.
  5. Add the wheat flour little by little and keep beating until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  6. Lastly add the yeast and beat at the minimum speed of the blender.
  7. Unite a medium form with margarine and flour.
  8. Pour in the caramel and sliced bananas.
  9. Light to bake in medium oven 180ºC, preheated for approximately 30 minutes.
