  • Flour3 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Place 2 and 1/2 cups of sugar over low heat and let it caramelize. Add 1/3 of water and wait for it to boil and reduce. Put the syrup in the mold, put the bananas in slices on top and book.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, the rest of the sugar and the butter.
  3. Add the milk and wheat flour little by little and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  4. Add the yeast and beat briefly just to combine.
  5. Place in the caramelized form with the banana pieces at the bottom. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
