Ingredients

  • Boiling water | 1/2 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Bananas in strips | 4 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Yeast | 1 coffee spoon
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Mashed banana | 2 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon |  to taste
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. The first step is to grease your platter with butter and wheat flour. Reserve. Preheat the oven to 230°
  2. Caramel syrup: Take the sugar over low heat without stirring until it turns golden. Add the boiling water and stir with a spoon until the sugar balls break up. Turn off the fire. On your greased platter, throw the caramel and then place the bananas in strips on top. Book and let's go to the dough!!
  3. Start beating the eggs, oil, milk and sugar and after beating for about 2 minutes add the mashed banana. As soon as the banana is mixed, you add the wheat flour little by little until it becomes a homogeneous mass and then you throw in the cinnamon to taste, be careful not to add too much cinnamon so it doesn't become bitter. Finally, stop beating and add the yeast, stirring slowly.
  4. Take this mixture to your platter and pour it slowly over our banana caramel, arrange it right and take it to the oven for approx. 45 minutes. My oven was at 230 degrees.
  5. It looks wonderful with an afternoon coffee!
