  • Sugar2 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar (topping)1 cup
  • Dwarf banana (topping)5 unit(s)
  1. Roof: Pour the sugar into a square shape and bake until completely melted.
  2. Soon after, slice the bananas into slices and arrange over the caramelized sugar.
  3. Beat the egg whites and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and margarine.
  5. Add the flour, milk, salt and yeast.
  6. Finally, mix the egg whites and continue beating.
  7. Pour the dough into the caramelized form with the sliced bananas.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 45 minutes.
