  • Caramelized syrup: sugar2 cup
  • Caramelized syrup:Water1/2 cup
  • Caramelized Syrup:Banana5 unit(s)
  1. First prepare the caramelized syrup by melting the sugar over low heat (it melts directly in the mold) when it has completely melted add water. In the mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence for about 10 minutes. Then I added the wheat flour, milk mixing delicately with fouet and finally the baking powder. I put the dough in the caramelized shape already with the banana, I take it to bake at 180° (preheated oven) for +/- 35 minutes, or until I test the toothpick. Unmold while still hot so the bananas don't stick to the pan.
