Recipe
- Start by caramelizing the mold with half a cup of sugar over low heat and after it is caramelized, place the bananas spread across the mold and set aside. For the dough: beat the eggs and then add the sugar. Beat again and add the butter and milk and beat more. Add the wheat flour and then the baking powder and stir gently. When the cake dough is ready, pour the dough over the already caramelized form with the bananas. Take it to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and it's ready to serve with a delicious coffee.
