  • Milk2 cup
  • Wheat flour with yeast2 cup
  • Oat flakes1 cup
  • Ripe mashed bananas6 cup
  • Margarine or butter4 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Bananas cut into slices or strips to decorate3 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup1 cup
  1. In a bowl add the sugar, wheat, oats and cinnamon.
  2. In the blender, beat the eggs, margarine and milk, beat for about 3 min.
  3. Then add the blender mixture to the ingredients in the bowl, mix well, and finish by adding the mashed bananas and baking powder.
  4. Now it's time to prepare the caramel, in a 19cm diameter mold, add the sugar, bring to a boil and melt well, until you get a caramel. That done, add the bananas in tiaras or slices, as in the photo. After spreading all the banana in the caramel, add the dough. Take your cake to the oven preheated to 180°, for approximately 40 min, do the toothpick test before removing.
  5. Disinform, the cake is still warm, so that all the caramel releases, and you have a beautiful result to the eyes. Finally , just enjoy this deliciousness .
