  • 70% cocoa chocolate1 tablespoon

  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • warm milk350 ml
  • Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Caramel Coffee For Syrup1 tablespoon
  • Water200 ml
  1. Hydrate the gelatin with warm milk, stir well until it dissolves.
  2. Add the cream, condensed milk and caramel coffee to the blender. Beat a little and add the milk with the gelatin and the chocolate. Beat for about 5 minutes. Reserve
  3. Put the sugar in a pan and let it caramelize. Add the caramel coffee and water. let it boil until it forms a syrup.
  4. Wait for it to cool down and put it in a silicone pudding form Put all the contents of the blender and take it to the fridge
