- Condensing milk | 790 g
- Brown sugar | 90 g
- Margarine | 15 g
- Wheat flour | 10 g
- Sour cream | 130 g
- In a pan mix all the ingredients
- Take it to the medium fire and stir until the brigadeiro point (when the candy unglues from the bottom of the pan).
- Let cool and store.
To finish by rolling the candy in the laminated almonds.
