- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream300 g
- Refined sugar1/2 cup
- Peanut100 g
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Melt the sugar until it forms with caramel
- In the same pan as the caramel, add 200g of the cream, the condensed milk and the peanuts and cook until the point of brigadeiro.
- Transfer to a refractory lined with parchment paper and greased.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate and add the 100g cream to form a ganache
- Cover the caramel with the ganache.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Unmold and enjoy in bars
