  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Refined sugar1/2 cup
  • Peanut100 g
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  1. Melt the sugar until it forms with caramel
  2. In the same pan as the caramel, add 200g of the cream, the condensed milk and the peanuts and cook until the point of brigadeiro.
  3. Transfer to a refractory lined with parchment paper and greased.
  4. Melt the semisweet chocolate and add the 100g cream to form a ganache
  5. Cover the caramel with the ganache.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Unmold and enjoy in bars
