- milk1/3 teaspoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- soluble coffee1 tablespoon

- melted dark chocolate170 g
- honey2 tablespoon
- ready made coffee1/3 unit(s)
- In a pan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Place over low heat to dissolve, without letting it boil.
- Blend the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and coffee in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a 22 cm diameter hole in the middle, moistened with water and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Run a knife along the side to loosen and unmold.
- For the syrup, mix the chocolate, honey and coffee. - Drizzle the flan and serve.
