  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Soak the hominy for 24 hours
  2. Drain the water from the soaked hominy, wash the beans, add to the pressure cooker with the water and let it cook for 40 minutes.
  3. After pressing, drain the water and add the milk and condensed milk and stir well.
  4. When it boils, add the cream and stir for another 5 minutes.
