Ingredients

  • hominy corn | 500 g
  • Condensed milk | 2 can(s)
  • coconut milk | 400 ml
  • grated coconut | 50 g
  • Cinnamon stick | 1 unit(s)
  • Clove | 1 dessert spoon
  • Cinnamon powder |  to taste
  • Milk | 1.5 l

Recipe

  1. Wash the hominy corn and cook in the pressure cooker for 50 minutes.
  2. After cooked, drain, add all ingredients except cinnamon powder and return to the low fire for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Turn off the heat, remove the cloves and the cinnamon stick. Place the hominy in a refractory and serve individually with Cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy your food!
  4. Tip 👉🏻 Put the cinnamon powder individually, because some people don't appreciate this spice.
