  1. First step is to soak the hominy overnight for at least 12 hours. After soaking time, drain the water and reserve the beans.
  2. In a pressure cooker, put the hominy and cloves and cinnamon and sugar and water and put it in the kitchen for 25 minutes under pressure.
  3. Once cooked, add the remaining ingredients and let it cook with the lid on for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  4. And your hominy is ready.. I like to serve it with powdered cinnamon on top, here's the tip.
