- Milk1 l
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Maizena Biscuit1 unit(s)
- Candy of your choice10 unit(s)
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix the condensed milk, the milk, the cornstarch, and the sifted egg yolk;
- Bring to a boil over medium low, add the margarine, and stir until it reaches a creamy consistency. Neither too thick nor too liquid;
- Pour half of the cream while still hot in a bowl and add the semisweet chocolate, stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved, set aside and wait for it to cool;
- In a refractory add a layer of white cream, a layer of cornstarch soaked in milk, and a layer of chocolate cream. Continue assembling the layers until the cream is used up;
- Use the chocolates of your preference chopped on top to decorate. *In this recipe I used the boy's love serenade;
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
