- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate500 g
- Grape400 g
- In a pan put 2 cans of cream and heat, but not boiling.
- Add the chopped semisweet chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter and mix until smooth and set aside. And the ganache is ready.
- In another pan, place 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter and cook over low heat, stirring until it reaches the point of brigadeiro.
- Then add 1 can of sour cream and mix well and let it cool completely.
- Place a layer of ganache, one of grapes, one of stuffing in small bowls and cover with more chocolate and decorate as you wish.
