Ripe medium dwarf banana
100% cocoa powder
Peel the bananas and mash well until creamy.
Place in a non-stick skillet and add the cocoa powder.
Mix and cook until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
Wait for it to cool and put it in a forminha, flattening it well, put cling film, pressing it so that no air comes in contact with this cream.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Unmold the filling and cut into squares.
Gently pass this filling into the chocolate with the help of a fork.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and you're done.
