  • 1 cup of sugar1 cup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup of water1/2 cup
  • 100 grams of milk chocolate100 g
  1. Take the sugar and water to a pan until it forms a syrup, caramelized then with the fire off, add the mashed bananas and the lemon and stir well.
  2. Turn the heat back on and stir well until it comes off the pan. Place in a bowl and refrigerate.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave. Then take the banana jam, shape it as you prefer, pass it on the chocolate and place it on parchment paper, and take it to freeze.
  4. After 5 minutes it is ready to be enjoyed.
