  • Glucose50 g
  • Sugar150 g
  • Ice cream: cambuci pulp600 g
  • Lemon juice50 ml
  1. Boil the ingredients for the syrup and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  2. After the syrup is cold, add the cambuci pulp and lemon juice, stirring until smooth.
  3. Put it in the ice cream maker.
