Organic Baking Powder
In the bowl of the mixer, place the yolks with the boiling water and beat until the foam rises to the brim.
Add the sugar and beat for a few more minutes.
Without stopping beating, gradually add the flour and beat for 20 to 30 minutes in a regular mixer.
Add the baking powder and the snow whites and stir gently with circular movements from the bottom to the top.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven.
Before going into the oven, lightly tap the pan with the dough at the bottom to eliminate any air bubbles that can expand and cause the cake to break when unmoulding.
Bake in a hot oven for the first 10 minutes, then turn down to medium.
If you want topping, make a chocolate syrup, guava, whipped cream or whatever else you want. This cake can be used for parties if filled and sprinkled.
