- Sugar1/2 cup

- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Guava350 g
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the pan with butter. In electric mixer, beat the egg whites. Gradually add the sugar, beating constantly. Add the yolks and beat for 10 minutes. Add the sifted flour and salt and mix carefully.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes. Unmold when cool onto a surface sprinkled with sugar and divide into two layers.
- Melt the guava in water over high heat. Spread over one half of the cake and cover with the other.
