Bata bem todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, deixando o fermento por último.
Despeje a massa em uma assadeira redonda, com furo no meio, untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido à 180ºC por 40 minutos.

Blend all ingredients well in a blender, leaving the yeast for last.
Pour the dough into a round baking dish, with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Misture o açúcar e a água e leve ao fogo até ferver.
Junte as amoras e cozinhe até formar uma calda rala.
Deixe esfriar e jogue por cima do bolo. Decore com as cerejas e algumas amoras.

Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil.
Add the blackberries and cook until it forms a thin syrup.
Let cool and pour over the cake. Decorate with cherries and some blackberries.
