Blend all ingredients well in a blender, leaving the yeast for last.
Pour the dough into a round baking dish, with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil.
Add the blackberries and cook until it forms a thin syrup.
Let cool and pour over the cake. Decorate with cherries and some blackberries.
