  • Sugar3 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Banana4 unit(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  1. Separate the white from the yolk and beat the egg whites and set aside.
  2. Beat the yolks, 1 cup of sugar and the margarine and beat until pale.
  3. Add the wheat flour, vanilla essence and milk and beat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chemical yeast and the snow whites and stir lightly and reserve the dough.
  5. Put the 2 cups of sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until melted.
  6. In a removable background form, grease with oil and flour and place the bananas cut into strips.
  7. Pour the caramelized sugar syrup over the banana and then place the dough on top of the syrup.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
  9. After taking it out of the oven, remove the bottom of the form
  10. Enjoy your cake with banana syrup!
