Misture a manteiga,o ovo e açúcar com uma colher de pau,em seguida vá adicionando os ingredientes secos com uma peneira,a farinha de trigo,o chocolate em pó,o bicarbonato de sódio,mexa bem,de acordo que vai escurecendo,vá colocando o leite,e o óleo,faca isso ate acabar a farinha,mexa bem,e por ultimo,o fermento,mexa mais um pouco e reserve .

Mix the butter, egg and sugar with a wooden spoon, then add the dry ingredients with a sieve, the wheat flour, the chocolate powder, the bicarbonate of soda, stir well, as it darkens, go putting the milk, and the oil, do this until the flour runs out, stir well, and finally, the yeast, stir a little more and set aside.

Com o forno pré aquecido,a 180 graus pegue uma forma untada com a calda de açúcar e as maçãs  coloque a massa leve ao forno por 30 minutos.

With the oven preheated, at 180 degrees, take a greased shape with the sugar syrup and the apples, put the dough in the oven for 30 minutes.
