- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Oat flour150 g
- Whole wheat flour50 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the beets, eggs, oil and sugar and lemon in a blender until a very smooth dough is obtained, then add the flours and yeast, mix with a spatula and bake in a greased shape with butter and oatmeal. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180 degrees, wait to cool and serve.
