Bata os ovos com o açúcar até obter um creme esbranquiçado e volumoso. 

Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a whitish and voluminous cream.

Misture a farinha de trigo e o chocolate em uma tigela e, noutra,o óleo e a água . Acrescente esses ingredientes na forma alternada ao creme anterior. Sem parar de bater até obter uma massa lisa. Por último adicione o fermento e o bicarbonato sem bater. 

Mix the flour and chocolate in a bowl and, in another, the oil and water. Add these ingredients alternately to the previous cream. Whisking constantly until you get a smooth dough. Finally add the yeast and bicarbonate without beating.

Traseira a massa pra uma forma retangular untada, e leve para o forno pré-aquecido em 180°C por 30 minutos .

Back the dough to a greased rectangular shape, and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Enquanto isso prepare o recheio:

Pique o chocolate em uma panela junto com o creme de leite e a manteiga. Leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre até o chocolate derreter por completo, e desligue o fogo. 

In the meantime prepare the filling:

Chop the chocolate in a pan along with the cream and butter. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted, and then turn off the heat.

Quando o bolo estiver pronto corte em rodelas, de preferência com um cortador redondo com o mesmo diâmetro que o pote . Monte o bolo no pote , alternando camadas de bolo e recheio, terminando com o recheio. 

When the cake is ready, cut it into slices, preferably with a round cutter with the same diameter as the pot. Assemble the cake in the pot, alternating layers of cake and filling, ending with the filling.

Bata o chantilly de acordo com as instruções na embalagem e use como cobertura do bolo de pote .Decore com raspas de chocolate e pedaço de cereja,tampe e leve a geladeira por 1 dia .

Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the package and use as a topping for the pot cake. Decorate with chocolate shavings and a piece of cherry, cover and refrigerate for 1 day.
