- 1 box of sour cream (200g)200 g
- 300 g of wheat flour300 g
- 90 g of black cocoa90 g
- 30 g of chocolate 55/ cocoa30 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, sugar and margarine in the mixer, start beating on low speed and then increase the speed of the mixer until it becomes a fluffy cream and doubles in volume.
- Add the cream and beat just until mixed, the dough looks like a Carved, it's normal.
- Gradually add the flour and cocoa and mix with a whisk.
- Finish it in the mixer, hit a 10 seconds just to mix completely.
- Preheat to 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes before putting the dough in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
