Ingredients
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Demerara or crystal sugar | 1 cup
- Milk | 1 cup
- Oil | 1 cup
- Wheat flour | 1 cup
- Cornmeal | 1 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
- Guava | 100 g
Recipe
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, milk, oil, cornmeal, wheat flour and baking powder.
- Pour the dough into an 18cm well greased with butter.
- Cut the guava into cubes and pass the wheat flour and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes and put it in the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
