- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Whole milk3 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Dissolve the cornstarch in half a glass of milk and then mix it with the rest. Add the condensed milk, the yolks and half of the grated coconut
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a smooth cream.
- Wet the cookies one by one and form a layer with them in a shape, put a layer of the cream and then the wet cookies again. Repeat the sequence until the last one is cream.
- Finally, sprinkle with the rest of the grated coconut.
- Let it cool for 2 hours and serve.
