  • Refined sugar25 g
  • Water1 tablespoon
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, place the sugar and water, mix the two together and let it begin to bubble.
  2. Then add the chopped coconut, stirring constantly until caramelized. When you get the caramel color, stir for a few more seconds until you get a "sugar" aspect. Then turn off the heat.
  3. Remove the burnt coconut from the pan and place it in a place to cool at room temperature.
  4. Serve immediately.
