  • Sugar1 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • grated coconut1 cup
  • Sugar to burn the coconut1/2 cup
  1. Add the eggs, sugar and margarine to the blender. Beat for 3 minutes.
  2. After that, add the milk and wheat. Beat for 1 minute. Finish adding the yeast. Grease the pan with butter and flour, and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  3. For the topping, add the sugar to burn the coconut and let it melt until caramelized. After that, add the coconut and stir until the coconut is golden. Finally add the condensed milk and mix well until it thickens.
