- Dark Chocolate170 g
- Margarine115 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cocoa Powder25 g
- Sugar200 g
- Hazelnut100 g
- Royal Icing100 g
- Yellow and Green Dye to taste
- Water to taste
- First you have to melt the semisweet chocolate, it can be in a bain-marie or in the microwave, then also melt the margarine. When both are melted, mix in a bowl.
- Add the eggs to the bowl and mix well. Finally add the wheat flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Place in a greased shape and bake for 25 minutes.
- For coverage use 50 grs. for each color. I put a drop of yellow food coloring and two tablespoons of water, mix well and put it on the brownie. Same thing with the green dye.
