  • Dark Chocolate170 g
  • Margarine115 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cocoa Powder25 g
  • Sugar200 g
  • Hazelnut100 g
  • Royal Icing100 g
  • Yellow and Green Dye to taste
  • Water to taste
  1. First you have to melt the semisweet chocolate, it can be in a bain-marie or in the microwave, then also melt the margarine. When both are melted, mix in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs to the bowl and mix well. Finally add the wheat flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Place in a greased shape and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. For coverage use 50 grs. for each color. I put a drop of yellow food coloring and two tablespoons of water, mix well and put it on the brownie. Same thing with the green dye.
